4-Hour Body

I started the Four-Hour Body diet which technically is a Slow-Carb Diet. For those that have asked, here’s what a typical day for me looks like:

The recipe for my “Pie-Hole” Pie looks like this:

Breakfast:

2-Whole Eggs containing DHA (Smart Fat)

1/2 Cup of Eggology (egg whites from Whole Foods)

1/2 Can of black beans

1 1/2 cups of frozen chopped spinach

1/2 cup of red salsa (no sugar added)

Grande Bold coffee from Starbucks w/ light cream and powdered cinnamon.

Lunch:

Chicken Salad from Chipotle (lettuce, chicken, fajita vegetables, medium and hot salsa, guacamole.)

Water with Lemon

Dinner:

Chicken or beef Seasoned with salt/pepper sauteed in olive oil, unsalted butter

1/2 can of black beans

Quarter bunch of steamed asparagus and olive oil, salt/pepper.

Water

Snack:

Glass of red wine, scoop of peanut butter.
